Indian Ocean Lodge sits along the sandy Grand Anse Beach and offers two outdoor swimming pools directly facing the ocean. One pool is an infinity pool with a view of the Indian Ocean, and both are open all year with sun loungers and umbrellas. Water sport facilities are available on site, and the beachfront location provides direct access to the sand.

Dining

The on-site restaurant KokoSol serves Seychelles-inspired culinary delights with a focus on fresh seafood and local ingredients. Private dining experiences are available on the beach for up to two guests, and the chef personally checks on guests during dinner. The restaurant offers special diet menus, kids' meals, and a selection of wine and champagne.

Entertainment & Activities

Evening entertainment is provided at least four nights a week, including live music and cultural performances. The hotel organizes unique ecological excursions that highlight Praslin's rich biodiversity, such as visits to Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve. Guests can also take part in island hopping, diving, and other water sports arranged through the hotel.

Rooms

Each of the 32 rooms at Indian Ocean Lodge Praslin offers a balcony or terrace with ocean views and is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, refrigerator, and coffee machine. The rooms are spacious and recently refurbished with traditional Creole architecture elements. All rooms include a private bathroom, and the hotel provides daily housekeeping and luggage storage.

Location & Island Access

Indian Ocean Lodge Grand Anse is a 5-minute drive from Praslin Airport and 20 minutes from the Baie Sainte Anne Jetty for ferries to La Digue. Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is just 3 km away, and Anse Lazio beach is a short drive. The hotel offers car hire and a shuttle service, as well as currency exchange and tour arrangements.
